I live in California now. There’s no shortage of good seafood but…there is no substitute for delicious lobster. I started ordering live lobsters for delivery and GML does a great job with those but the lobster roll kit is a game changer! The lobster meat is sweet and delicious. The lobster dust is next level. The best part…NO MESS! The lobster arriveds well packed and still frozen. But it’s easy to thaw in water. Add some melted butter and the lobster dust and it’s just like being home. I order this a few times/year to get my lobster fix.
